They don't look like normal flesh wounds. In fact, it looks almost... inorganic? Like the type of crack you'd find in glass or porcelain.
But mixed in with the strange injury are a series of scratches and scrapes, still healing, faded red but still bright and visible despite being cleaned and wrapped up. It's like he has human injuries mixed with something else so???
Anyway, it definitely isn't an ordinary injury. Sorry, Noctis.)
